Terms of Service
Welcome to DramaInfinity (the “App”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DramaInfinity governing your access to and use of the App and all related features and content. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
Access to the App requires you to sign in and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at contact@dramainfinity.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
3. Licence to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App or its content, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Content
All video series, episodes, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and other materials made available through the App (“Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The App is a streaming service: Content is licensed to you for viewing within the App only. You may not download, record, screen-capture for redistribution, republish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any Content outside the App. Content libraries, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.
5. Coins and Virtual Items
The App uses an in-app virtual currency (“Coins”) and may offer other virtual items or entitlements used to unlock Content and access features. You understand and agree that:
- Coins and virtual items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged outside the App.
- Coins and virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- We may create, manage, modify, or eliminate Coins or virtual items, and may set or change the amount required to unlock any Content or feature, at our discretion.
- Coins earned through promotions, daily check-ins, or reward activities may be subject to limits, expiry, or forfeiture, and may be revoked if obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
- Any unused Coins or virtual items may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated, or if the Service is discontinued, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
The App offers optional paid purchases, including consumable Coin packs and auto-renewing membership subscriptions (“Membership”). All purchases are processed through the application store or payment channel from which you obtained the App, and are subject to that channel’s terms in addition to these Terms.
- Auto-renewal: Memberships renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your subscription is managed through your app-store account.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a Membership at any time through your app-store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Refunds: Except where required by law or by the applicable store’s policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including for Coins already granted or Content already unlocked.
- Price changes: We may change prices for Coins, Content, or Memberships. Price changes to an active subscription will apply only after the current period and, where required, with prior notice.
7. Rewards and Advertising
The App may allow you to earn Coins or other benefits by completing activities such as daily check-ins or viewing optional rewarded advertisements. Rewards are discretionary, may be capped or changed at any time, and are granted only when the qualifying activity is validly completed. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through automated means, tampering, or other abuse.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- copy, distribute, or publicly perform Content outside the App;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service;
- use bots, scrapers, emulators, modified clients, or other automated or deceptive means to earn Coins, unlock Content, manipulate rewards, or evade limits or security;
- circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security, digital-rights-management, or verification feature;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App, Coins, or Content.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or as necessary to comply with law or protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting contact@dramainfinity.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The App and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that Content will always be available or that the App will be secure or free of defects. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Coins/virtual items, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
13. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
